STEP ONE: Please fill out the form on our booking page and we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible to start the process.
STEP TWO: Get creative! Our parties are build to your specifications so that each event is unique. We emphasize fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and will work with you and your budget to ensure a wonderfully successful event. You will meet with our chefs to plan out your menu according to your desires; you are not limited. To help get you started have a look at our menu page for some suggestions on popular items and pricing. Also please be sure to review the additional catering fees (oven set-up, labor fees, etc.) and guidelines.
STEP THREE: Site visit. Antonio will visit your event location to plan access and oven setup. During the site visit, our event coordinator and chef will help plan the layout, timeline, and menu. Get information about our oven set-up fee, labor fees and other costs here.
STEP FOUR: Party confirmation. Once the details of the estimate are confirmed, we will ask that you sign our contract and provide in a $600 deposit to hold the event date on our calendar.
STEP FIVE: Approximately two weeks before your event we will contact you to finalize the guest count and details of your event.
STEP SIX: It’s party time!
